Asphalt Shingles
Asphalt shingles are the go-to budget option for most homeowners. They're fairly durable and enhance the look of almost any home. Depending on your budget, there are even varying types of asphalt shingles that provide different levels of durability and aesthetic value
Shingle Types
3-Tab
This is the most affordable shingle type. They can last several decades if regularly maintained, but are not as durable as other shingle types
Dimensional
These shingles are much more aesthetically dynamic and are more durable than 3-tab. They are thicker and are more durable and are available in more colors
Luxury
These are the most expensive out of all the shingle types, but are the most durable and dimensional. They may be worth the investment for your home.

Roofing FAQs
How long do asphalt shingles last?
Asphalt shingles can last anywhere between 15-30 years. It really depends on the type of shingles you choose, weather conditions, and routine maintenance.
Can you just replace old shingles instead of replacing the whole roof?
Yes, but we recommend replacing the roof because 1. it makes the whole roof more consistently durable and 2. makes the roof look brand new with no traces of differently colored patches of shingles
Which colors are available?
Depending on the brand, asphalt shingles come in a variety of colors. Most homeowners opt for neutral colors like grey, black, or beige, but some have navy blue or red shingles installed. It all depends on the style of your home.
Will this add value to my home?
Absolutely. A new roof will always add value to a home. The last thing house hunters want is having to put on a new roof only a few months after they move in.
